What is the most effective whitening at the dental office?

As far as procedure... i cant afford lumineers.. so whats the best whitening for the money?

What is the most effective whitening at the dental office?
BriteSmile ($425) and Zoom Advanced Power ($375).
Reply:laser whitening
Reply:Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html
Reply:If you can't afford expensive procedures, the cheapest way is to go to the dentist get impressions of your teeth, they will make you custom trays for your teeth, give you tubes of bleach and teach you how to use it at home, I am a dental assistant and I have seen people get really wonderful results. It takes a couple of weeks to really get a good effect, but it turns out really well.
Reply:There are so many out there....I don't know the name of them all...everyday their coming out with something new....why not just call around different dentist offices and see what the latest treatment is !!
