Can a non-dentist open a dental office and hire dentists?

No, only a dentist can own a dental office.

Can a non-dentist open a dental office and hire dentists?
I dont see why not, as long as there is qualified dentist doing the work there should not be a problem
Reply:That would depend on the laws of a particular state. Here in Florida, only a FL licensed dentist can own a dental office, on paper at least.

A non dentist can be a financial partner but all the paperwork has to say that only a licensed dentist(s) is the owner.
Reply:Absolutely, it is a very profitable business.
