YES....And we hate Dentrix G2. It's slowwww, hard to use, and a total loser compared to the previous version.
Anyone out there working for a Dental Office using Dentrix G2, or any other version?
We HATE the G2 upgrade! It has slowed down the flow of the front office and Dentrix Support has not been very supportive. Entering the treatment planing module has caused 2 computers to crash.The calucations on the estimates are incorrect. Report It
Reply:Using Dentrix 11.0 here. We'll wait to upgrade until they get the "bugs" worked out of G2.
The product looks amazing, but so far the only enhancements are in the tooth chart. The other modules will go G2 eventually, so it would make sense to wait until the entire system is upgraded.
Dentrix in general is a good, stable company with a fine product. I always wait on the upgrades, however. Just doesn't make sense to be a beta tester.
