I have a working interview tomorrow in a dental office.?

The position is for a receptionist/front desk. Is this like an orientation or am I actually going to do the job? Are they going to pay for this day?

I have a working interview tomorrow in a dental office.?
Yes, you should be paid for the day. They just want to see how you work and may choose to hire you after wards. Do your best, as that's all you can do an you'll be fine. It's a good way to see if you like the working environment too. GOOD LUCK!!! : )
Reply:Usually you are paid for the day. They want to see you in action and see how fast you can learn. They want to see if you can answer the phone and they will probably be evaluating your comunication and office skills.

I've had people come in our office for this and it weeds out the ones that interview well but may not be able to handle the job. Also we can better evaluate how they will fit in personality wise with the rest of the office staff. Very useful tool small offices use to try to avoid the mistake of hiring the wrong person.
Reply:yes they should be paying you, sounds like you got the job to me:) this happens in my office:)
Reply:Yes you will be working under supervision. Yes you should get paid for the day.

Good Luck!! Let us know if you get the job.
