Is it smart to go to a Dental office before starting school?

There is a 8 week course but you get no credit for it and I don't know if it would be a good idea to take it or not.

Is it smart to go to a Dental office before starting school?
If you are referring to observing in a dental office prior to starting a dental assisting class, then go for it.





You may not get credit for the class, but it will give you a head start on getting a job in a dental office, and shadowing the assistant will allow you to see what you're learning...
