Approx. how much does it cost to set up a dental office with three operatories?

Too little info. Are you building, renting, or leasing? Are you going to have digital x-ray equipment and computers in every op. Are you going to have a panorex machine regular or digital? How much square footage will you have to work with? Statum or autoclave or both? x-ray heads with wall mountings can be 20 grand and up. The sensor alone for digital x-rays can be 10 thousand and up. The list goes on and on, I see that you are a hygienist. The best thing to do is start researching prices of different equipment through many of the dental suppliers, Patterson, Becker and Parken, etc. They all have huge catalogs of supplies and equipment. I would venture a guess that you are looking at close to 80 to 100 grand alone in dental equipment, unless you are going bare bones. I would hate to be in a dentist's shoes wanting to start their own practice. Huge overhead!!!

Reply:100,000,550 I KNO ALL ABOUT TRUST ME
Reply:Best to buy an older practise, because most of the costs have depreciated and you would benefit from that if your just starting out. If you need to start new than you're looking around $150,000 and up. Depends on what type of technology you are looking for. The more high tech the more money.
